Meet the team

Lilla is one of the founders of Kezdj Velünk, and is the chair of the Board of Trustees. She has an academic background in psychology and international relations, and is responsible for the management of the Foundation, its professional programmes and its international cooperations. She has been working in international higher education since 2018. 

Kinga is one of the founders of the foundation and also works as a school psychologist and therapist. She is responsible for the Foundation's professional programmes, national and international cooperation and counselling.

Enikő is a member of the Foundation's Board of Trustees and also runs professional programmes as a family support worker. She holds a bachelor's degree in social work and a master's degree in HR counselling. She is responsible for the workshops, professional content and school partnerships of Kezdj Velünk.

Auguszta is a member of the Foundation's Board of Trustees and one of the team's HR experts. Auguszta has a degree in economics and has been working in HR since 2020. She is responsible for the Foundation's CV, job interview and career counselling content, leading workshops and professional consultations.
